Ii attempted to go here to get my nails filled after reading all of the wonderful reviews. Upon walking in the door right before another young woman I politely told them I needed a fill possibly a new set she asked the other customer what she needed and she said a full set. It was quite obvious by the way she looked at me and chatted with the other woman that she was a regular. I did not feel welcomed at all. The woman working spoke to the gentleman who was working and then came back and said they were booked but walled over to the other girl and asked if she had an appointment or if not she could get her in at 530pm that day while I who potentially would have been a new cust and has 3 daughters who are all old enough to come with mom on other days to get their toes done and would have brought a few extra clients with me was turned away. I was not at all impressed by this at all ESPECIALLY for a FIRST impression. I took my business, my daughters toes, and the few girlfriends who asked me to let them know how my experience went elsewhere. I was really looking forward to trying Bella out and being a long time client based off of not only the wonderful reviews they have but the convenience of being only a few miles from my house and not having to deal with driving on Bell Rd. I will say I did expect a little bit better than what I received here and I really do hope this review at least helps a little with the customer service aspect of walk in first time clients.
