Not sure why this place is overall a 3?! We have stayed here 3 times and each time it's been good. The pools are good, need more layout chairs. The last river is good.
The drinks are a little pricy but you're a captive audience so what do you do?? Pool bartenders and wait staff are just OK, could be friendlier.
The gym is above average for a hotel. There are free activities for the kids.
Plenty of grills for the cooks. Fridges are hotel sized, would like bigger ones considering it's not a hotel.
Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, staff is friendly, cleaning crew does a good job and are friendly.
Hotel restaurant, 17* is good and priced good for what you get.
We'll stay here again.
