I also would give them a ZERO!!!! The last couple times I had to train the attendant. Last visit was earlier today. The interior windows are always forgotten, the tires were dripping with dressing and I had to tell the guy to wipe them off again. Where is the manager? Where is the quality control? I totally blame the management for terrible customer support. If my business was run this way, I would be fired. Start paying attention before you lose all your business. Lastly, they need to review their cleaning process, there is no reason it should take over an hour to clean the car, busy or not. Especially when they're only completing 1/3 of the cleaning. My advice, find a different place.
