I paid $200 for a holding fee on an apartment a little over 2 weeks ago.
Within the 48 hour required time period to cancel it, I informed Akilah that I was no longer interested and would like to have it refunded. She told me that was no problem and to expect it in my account within 4-5 business days. It's been 2 weeks and I have not been refunded. I left voicemail messages and emails to Akilah with no response.
Glad I decided not to make this my new home...
