I love Dr. Aikles and have been going to her for over 6 years. When I called to schedule my daughter for a sick visit today, that was my final straw!! Kourtney is so unbelievably rude! Very condescending and lazy! I own a urgent care/primary care and manage it as well and this would never fly at my office! I have now found a new doctor for my children, both my kids and I are very upset about it but when I told the Kourtney this she was more than happy to say okay and hang up on me so I guess since she represents the office my family isn't very important. I have waited weeks for referrals I have been talked down too for petty things and have waited almost a year to hear back about lab results. Thank god I work with doctors who can make up for the lack of care caused by the office. Dr Aikles I hope you can become more aware so that other families who love you like us don't have to stop seeing you. I have opened many doctor offices and continue to consult for them and the first thing I would do with you're office would be put a discipline policy in office and teach courtesy. There are ways to handle all situations professionally. I wonder if Kourtney is a family member.....
