I tried this place for the first time. The pedicure was OK. The nail tech did a nice job. The extra money for callus remover wasn't worth it as she spent far less time than I usually get. At check out, I used a card and the nail tech took it upon her own to add 25% tip to my bill. I never asked for them to add a tip and they have a sign specifically telling customers to tip in cash. Did she assume that I wouldn't see the added unauthorized charge?? That is fraudulent and deceptive. My friend and I were really disappointed. It was our first and LAST time at this place.
