I never understood Dollar Tree, until my fiancé dragged me into one. Oh yes... I'm now a believer. Not of the "dollar type" stores... but DOLLAR TREE.
It is AMAZING what you will find there. Candles? Yup. Cool candle holders? Of course. Fun, disposable holiday decorations? YES. Decent greeting cards? Heck yeah! Cleaning solutions - I will never overpay for the same product I get at Dollar Tree now. Seriously, how can you beat bleach cleaner for a buck? We get all our cleaning solutions here. Mops, brooms, and the like...a buck. Great for boat supplies as well. (If it goes overboard by mistake... it was a buck.)
I love the lip balm I find there, the cute kitchen gadgets, the plastic ware! I hate spending money on plastic ware, only to lose it to a microwave, or get it toted off with my kids when they visit. (Not begrudging the kids getting leftovers, or the plastic, but it adds up!)
Oh, and small bags of Haribo gummy bears? Yup.. a buck. Everywhere else on the planet is 2 bucks.
I love this location. It always has a great selection, and the girls that work the register are very nice.
