Interesting Company. I have Bell internet and TV in the house I currently rent, but its included. I am not the customer, the landlady is. But I am moving into my own house and called Bell to discuss using them for my new home. Surprisingly, the man I spoke to was quite rude and unwilling to accommodate what I wanted. I wanted specific channels and perhaps use a third party for internet, depending on what they could offer. The sales person was completely unwilling to entertain this and talked only about packages. I told him my experience of their internet wasn't the best and that's why I was entertaining the idea of a different internet provider, at which he became incredibly defensive. Definitely NOT dealing with Bell ever again after that.
