Let me start by saying I'm going out of Home Warranty and paying full price for plumbing repair! Agree with Mark F - DO NOT USE!!!! Smarry is the word i use for these guys - just liars! The same excuse that other Yelpers have posted was the excuse ala carte that was used on me today "a tech got injured the job" and he was pulling someone off another job..... dude I'm not an idiot, you lie. at 10:41 (appointment time was 8 to 11)he called and said tech would be there is one hour. I am a native and am in my car for a living - the IS NO WHERE IN THIS TOWN THAT IS AN HOUR DRIVE. I asked where the tech was and he did not know. Really, you don't know where your tech is? interesing. but he is an hour away. Got it. (FYI he showed up at 12:14 - that is one hour and 33 minutes - that is a trip to Tucson from my home. I would suggest you find out where your tech is. And to make the story even better he did not even tell the tech and this seemingly nice gent shows up to get an earful from me! Maybe this is why he does not know where his techs are.....just sayin'! He tells me "this is my 2nd day on the job" I say good luck with that. so the moral of the story - call Roto Rooter....
