This has been the worse experience! I was sent down here from Henderson Chevy service (which is a whole issue in itself) but I had the paperwork, they charged my card and now can't figure out what car to give me. I'm literally going to have this car less than a freaking day! Any vehicle will do at this point. It's been 20 minutes. It should have taken 10 max! The lady that is helping me is sweet enough but apparently can't make any decisions. She had a vehicle she was going to give me but another guy here said no and to check on the Malibu. I have to wait for a car they are cleaning when they have several on the lot! This place is ridiculous and if I were you I would avoid at all costs!
