Very Disappointing Company.
Recommended insulating our attic which we did.
Because they mis-leveled our attic AC unit while they added the insulation it began to fail. So, we then had to replace our AC units. They were 20 years old and we had planned on replacing them in a few years anyway. They touted that the units they were going to replace are units with would be so more efficient. Yeah right!
It's been 6 months and our bill didn't change at all. Summer or Winter. We didn't change our usage habits at all. If anything, we are paying more now than before when the 20 year old units were still in place.
DO NOT GET YOUR AC DONE BY THESE GUYS. THEY ARE A RIPOFF!!!!!!!
The AC units they use and insulation they provide will do NOTHING to lower your bill!
Chose another company to provide your AC needs.
This review isn't to slam Orangutan by a competitor. I have no agenda here other than to provide honest feedback from an actual client. I was stupid enough to choose Orangutan.
