The first time we went to this Urgent Care for my husband's COPD it was wonderful. The facility is beautiful and clean. We had to wait only 15 minutes and the doctor was great. They gave him a breathing treatment, x-ray, and prescription--fantastic!
A few weeks ago, he had another flare-up, and our family doctor told us to go to Urgent Care right away. Of course, we returned here. After an hour and a half of no patients being called in or leaving, we left. Called in the next 2 days to ask for the wait time. Receptionist said it would be at least an hour and a half. I know the allergy season is very bad right now, so we tried again at 8:00 am on a Sat. There were only 2 people ahead of us. After waiting 25 minutes, the receptionist told all of us we would have to leave because there was no provider!!! How can this be? We are very disappointed at what has happened to this place.
