I spoke with Maria to schedule a deep cleaning for my house. I explained to her in great detail my requirements, including wet mopping the kitchen floor. Also, I had requested a man to come cleaning to help clean underneath the furniture.
They showed up on time (no man though!) but as soon as I started explaining what is required (i.e. wet mopping my kitchen tile floor) the workers called Maria to complain. I spoke with Maria to explain to her staff to wet mop my tile floor. I don't understand why that is a special request.
Clearly they don't know how to clean and this company can not handle any special requests.
Please think twice before you hire them. Also, none of them speak English and it seems like Maria cannot communicate with her staff clients requests. I would never ever recommend this company NEVER EVER TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
