I'm not a fan of Italian (too heavy), but this place is definitely worth a visit. Loved the ambiance of this cozy, dim space. Music may have been a bit too loud and out of place, but the service was excellent. Many reviews highlighted the antipasto and the baked ricotta in particular, but it was nothing to write home about. I could have easily assembled a similar melange of pickled veggies, olives and cheeses at home.
I did however enjoy the pork chop dish and pasta with creamy pistachio and peas sauce. The pasta was cooked just right and the sauce was so delicious. Save room for dessert because the chocolate bread pudding is heaven.
