My wife and I just spent Labor Day weekend here and we are so glad we did. The Green Valley Ranch is off the Strip and to us, especially on Labor Day weekend, that is a major plus. It is perfect size, not crowded with a good size casino and great restaurants and bars to choose from.
We ate at the buffet a couple of times and it was good, as far as buffets go. The selections are aplenty. We went to Sushi + Sake and LOVED IT. It was just what we needed because we wanted to eat light, but something tasty. It definitely was that. We went to Hank's our last night and were blown away. The martinis in the bar are AWESOME. (Try the ginger or pear one) The service in the restaurant was AMAZING. We really felt special and we are just regular people.
The rooms are nice and comfy, the bed is very nice and the bathroom was big and roomy too. All in all, it was just an all-around great experience and we will definitely be staying there again at some point in the future.
