I patronized this nail salon for about 2 years but they would always act like they don't remember you. I hate that especially when I'm giving you my repeat business, that's doesn't even make since to act as if you don't know your customers. I am a business owner myself and would never do that! A nail tech did my gel nails one day and it chopped later that evening. I went back the next day because I was going out of town and she yells out "what did you do?" I said "nothing , what did you do?" She kept going and said "you must have done something to mess it up." That really burned my britches and I haven't been back since! I believe these nail techs think they an treat you any king of way because they know people will continue to go regardless!
