I was very unpleased with my recent visit to this establishment. I've been here couple times to get my oil changed and it's always been a good experience. After I got my car back this time, I headed home and during this trip I noticed that my engine sounded louder than usual... I got home and looked underneath the hood and noticed a mess of oil. Whoever was working on my car had forgotten to replace the oil cap! I took it back and they cleaned up the mess. Their customer service is really good, and that's something I can't take away from them... but this was such an amateur mistake and it's so weird that it was overlooked.
