The first, second & third time I tried booking an appointment I called & left a message but no one returned my call. The fourth time I called someone answered but said to book online. I went online but their site wasn't working. I called back and left another message that their site appeared to be down and if I could call to make an appointment. Never heard back. Two weeks later I tried again online and the site was working. I put in my appointment request and it gave me a phone number to call. I called that number and left a message but never got a call back. Six times after trying to get an appointment I finally asked Living Social for a refund.
