I have had the worst experiences taking greyhounds at this location and every other location. First heads up: it costs usually twice as much to buy a ticket from the ticket booth than buying it online. Also, although I understand the work hours and benefits may not be ideal for many of the workers, I still do not appreciate being talked down upon and the annoyance when I have a question. I know people who were put on the wrong bus, had their luggage taken off at the wrong stop and lost, and various other issues. Be ready for poor customer service and potential travel complications if you choose to use greyhound services. Also, if you have a suitcase, when you get your ticket, you need to get a luggage tag printed. They did not make me aware of this and then I basically got yelled at by the driver when I was trying to board, went to get a luggage tag, and almost missed my bus. Only positive aspect: free wifi.
