My level of dis-satisfication is centred around a child car seat. I struggled for 30 mins to get it in and the staff just stood around talking. We finally got the attention of a manager (Steve C) who spent 90 minutes trying to help us. The straps for the seat were messed up, so he got another one. Then we had to switch vehicles because the seat did not work in our original car. We lost over 2 hours on a stupid car seat. Kudos to Steve C for helping us. Next time, we will bring our own car seat.
