Agree with the previous reviewer that this home purchasing process was the most stressful, horrible experience and that was all because of Wilson Parker Homes and their agents. Their sales representative, Cyndi, is completely incompetent and it is unbelievable that they continue to work with her. On top of not responding to emails and calls in a timely manner (though, lying to Wilson Parker employees, who then sided with her), she attempted to cause problems between my husband and I by lying about communication with him (ie. stating she spoke to him about updates/changes, when they never spoke at all). I thought maybe it was just us, but after talking to others in the neighborhood, it appears she does this regularly, as three other couples stated they experienced the same problem. The home build process was delayed by 2+ months, which I can understand, but it was the complete lack of communication that caused so much stress and frustration. They felt it unnecessary to provide us with any updates and asking for them only caused hostility, especially coming from Cyndi. If you work for a new home builder that is regularly behind schedule, you need to learn customer service skills. We love our home and our neighborhood, but will never purchase from Wilson Parker again and are advising friends and family to look elsewhere. This is only a brief review - just did not want to delay getting it out there any further. After the holidays, I will take the time to write a more detailed review, in addition to a formal complaint to the company.
