If I could do no stars I would I went into this Starbucks today and the guy on the red was nice and pleasant however the barista had a horrible attitude she didn't make my drink the way a requested and she had a horrible attitude her name was Megan and she needs some coaching on customer service. I'm from Cali and I would have never gotten this type of service out there. I love Starbucks but this trip disappointed me to the max for the reason I'm visiting and can't get good customer service. Even the manager on duty handled it poorly and just kind of ruined my trip, however, I'll have to try another Starbucks in town.
