First, let me say I know nothing about autos. I'm the Roncey lady who only knows how to pop the hood and top up wiper fluid on my CUV mom-mobile. But after going to Frank for more than 7 years and having spent thousands, I can officially say that I'm fed up. Not going back.
I'll defer to the experts on this one. My neighbour who is a car fanatic set me straight. This guy over charges and under performs. What else can I say upon discovering that this crew gave me the wrong motor oil for years, replaced my battery with the wrong size, and claimed to fix a recurring problem (low idle fail) multiple times without ever really fixing it. Frank'll spin the stories and soft pedal it all but don't waste your time and money here! Save your self a lot of head scratching and ask your friends who they trust. I'm now a huge fan of M-tricks on Bloor. What a difference!
