I've been hesitant to write a review for a company that I've developed what seems to be an ongoing business relationship with, but after my latest experience yesterday I felt I had too. GQ and his team have now done the Hvac work on 4 or 5 houses for me. While not perfect, I can say each and every time they weren't, they made it a priority to make things right quickly, even in the midst of the insanely busy summer season. We've never felt too small to be important even though these guys have commercial clients. We'd had some episodes where I believe delays were caused by poor communication via an intermediary, but every time we've reached out directly things happened quickly to make things right. How many companies these days stand by their work and return even AFTER having been paid in full? Hats off to these guys.
