You would think that as much as I love beer that I would have made it here sooner but I finally made it to check out Salud. What got me here was hearing they had a collaboration beer between Fonta Flora brewery and Appalachian Mountain....a coffee IPA that I had just experienced the weekend before at Fonta Flora. I was quite impressed with the place. Jason was very friendly and welcoming. He pointed out beers of interest (dangerous) and mentioned an upcoming tap takeover. I really liked the layout of the six packs. Some bottle shops group them by beer style, but here they group them by brewery which I can appreciate better. Of course there are singles and bombers, both warm and cold, depending on your preference. Anything cold, you can enjoy in the store. He also sells growlers of any beers currently on tap. Great place. I will definitely add it to my list of regular watering holes.
