I have been to the Meadows Lane location twice, and on Both occasions, I was Completely and Totally ignored by every employee in the store as I walked in the door. I came to Cycle Gear to purchase some of their "Freeze Out" and "Heat Out" gear for my job. I stood patiently by the register waiting to check out for at least 30 to 40 minutes without any acknowledgement of my presence. The employees seemed to talk and talk and talk to the customer checking out in front of me, without Ever having the slightest decency to say "Hello Sir, I will be with you shortly". I am a pretty patient person for the most part, but after waiting for 30-40 minutes to check out with one employee at the register, and all the other employees standing around, I felt myself getting infuriated. I have NEVER experienced such poor customer service ever. Go to this store at your own risk!!!!!
