This is the most memorable experience I've had while in Vegas and I've done some pretty exciting things (skydiving, ziplining, helicopter rides, hot air balloon rides, etc)! The spa and yoga with the dolphins combo experience is worth every penny. I took my sister, mom and best friend with me to celebrate my sister's bachelorette weekend and we were all impressed. The instructor was amazing, made us feel comfortable, and picked the perfect poses for beginners (none of us had ever done yoga and she didn't make us feel intimidated by it at all). To be honest though, it was really hard to focus on yoga with three generations of dolphins swimming by every window. It was an incredible, spiritual experience being around nature/animals while practicing yoga and the instructor allowed us time to take plenty of photos afterwards. The dolphins seem happy and well taken care of. Oh, and I believe the spa lets you come back all day for as many times as you want (we stayed for three hours before going out to brunch). The only slight negative, if I had to find something, was that the smoothies at the spa were sour because I don't think they use any sweetener. I normally love smoothies, but these smoothies could would have benefited from a combination of sweeter fruits to make it easier to drink (however, there is a tea/coffee area where you could add your own sweetener, which is what we all ended up doing). In summary, everyone has to experience this at least once! It was my first time at the Mirage and I could do this every week if I had the time. Well done Mirage!
