I need to clarify my rating. My dog has been under Dr. Joslin's care for his 10 years of life because I LOVED Dr. Joslin's expertise and awesome manner with dogs. Unfortunately, his staff is too acidic for my tastes. My last appointment request for an infected paw was quickly and coldly dismissed and before I could ask about the next day, was shut down with an explanation of limited office hours. I've dealt with this indifferent crew in the past but shook it off because Dr. Joslin is that awesome. However, this last experience forced me to look elsewhere. My dog was squeezed into the schedule of a new vet despite never visiting that office before. Their staff was awesome and attentive and the Dr.'s were fabulous and thorough (even in follow-up appointments). Requests to this office to forward records to the new vet have gone unanswered. Dr. Joslin, I'm sure you and or your partners have vested interest in keeping this office open but you need to know your staff is driving your business away.
