I had read Christina's review and immediately made an appointment for color and cut with Elle back in August 2011. I was promptly seen by Elle. I was taken aback by her blatant disapproving expression when I stated I wanted to go back to my original color, dark brown. No attempt was made to engage in conversation while she colored and cut my hair. I looked around and the only stylist conversing with their client was the owner. It seems like it's more of a walk-in set up and the majority of the clientele just comes in for a cut. I had printed a coupon for free cut for first time color clients. To my surprise I was charged for a shampoo and style on top of the color. I don't know of any salon that charges for shampoo when you get color. Wish I would have been told about that charge upfront, so much for a "free" cut. To top it off when I got home I found pieces of hair that were longer then the rest of the cut. I wish my experience had been more like the positive reviewers.
