The Manager, Sophia, and Michael at Moon Valley East Mesa (Lindsay & McKellips) turned my frown upside down. Last March, my husband and I purchased 3 citrus trees from Moon Valley & I couldn't wait for them to bear their first batch...especially from my most anticipated Tangelo. All three trees were so healthy. However, You could imagine my surprise when my husband showed me the first 'Tangelo' and it was just an Orange. We already have plenty of those. I was so upset! I had waited so long. I immediately got the receipt out & found that I was as much to blame as the sales person...as it clearly said AZ Sweet Orange. I was hoping possibly a brand of Tangelo was called that, so we went to the store to explain my frustration. Even though our purchase was 10+ months prior, Sophia & Michael made it right for us. We were able to get our Tangelo. They really stood by their promise to deliver great customer satisfaction & healthy trees. Thank you so much, Moon Valley. We will be customers for life.
