My review is for the new location on Hualapai.
AWESOME!
I found this place driving by two weeks ago.
I forgot exactly where it was.
I went into five other salons today, and at each one I thought I would just get my mani-pedi there, cuz of time, but I was in the first one for ten minutes and the guy had only done one for and he was barely doing anything.
He was passive and tentative, and zero confidence so I split.
Then after driving up and down Fort Apache a dozen times, I remember this was on Hualapai.
Here's what I like about it:
1. It's absolutely gorgeous. (new!)
2. They have TV but not the sound on.
3. The music is tranquil and relaxing.
4. They are experienced! Assertive and proactive and meticulous.
5. So beyond clean.
6. Tons of polish to choose from.
7. They're not constantly forcing gel down your throat. I prefer regular polish.
8. They're nice!
9. They have a stamp card, 9 visits then #10 is 20% off $25 or more.
10.The manager asked me if I was happy.
Boom.
They care.
They are here to stay.
Let's make sure they stay in biz.
