The atmosphere in the cafe was nice, a well as the hot chocolate and the iced mocha. However, the couple that works there have horrible customer service skills. We went in and try to engage in small talk but the older gentlemen just walked away, didn't ask if we needed any water along with our meal. And as we paid and went to leave, the lady stops us and asks us if we paid our bill! The couple needs to be more engaged in conversation with he customers and kept track of each other and who does what! I'm never coming back to this establishment.
