I can't comment on what it's like to buy a car from here, but what I CAN comment on:
Brought my car in to have a recalled airbag switched out. Making an appointment was easy, and it was done in the time quoted, so that's all good. But man oh man do they try to find some way to make real money off you. First, a bunch of silly concerns about whether my car had regular maintenance or not and hey we just so happen to have a special on that (my car had and thanks but no thanks). But ever since I've been getting calls about trading in my car towards something new. Every time I say no not interested and take me off your list, a week or two goes by and I get another call. (A side pet peeve: first thing out of their mouth is just them asking for you by name. Man, I don't know you, identify yourself first.) Just a few minutes ago I got another call, once again said take me off your list, the guy sounded put out and then I got a TEXT saying confirm you want text messages from Showcase Honda. W-T-F.
In summary: if you need a recall addressed at a dealership, you could do worse. But give them a fake number or something.
UPDATE 5/11/18: Still periodically get sales calls from Showcase, got the latest just now. As with before: I ALWAYS tell them to remove me from their list, and thus far it ALWAYS means nothing to them. Also, I obviously ignored "Mary S." bizarre comment asking me to call them to discuss this - I want less contact with you clowns, not more.
