OK, here's my review. I don't like giving negative reviews, because I don't like focusing on negative things. Here it goes:
* Relentlessness cockroaches. All species, including ones that I can't even identify... German, Mexican, American, Indo-European, and yes, the flying ones too.
* The pool is filthy, and has probably only been officially open 5 weeks out of the year that I've lived here.
* Incredulous management. Absolute indifference to any problem you might have. I have to say, it's kind of cool though cause it can take months to get repairs done, most of which is deductible through NRS 118. https://www.leg.state.nv.us/NRS/NRS-118A.html
* There is one security guard. He is cool as hell. but, I've actually had the battery stolen out of my car here. A battery. It's $35 tops at autozone.
