Great stuff...went for stuff (on-line bidding) that looked new and complete ie not missing this or that. Have had very pleasant conversations with their staff. They deliver at reasonable rates thru outside vendor...he came to my N Scottsdale home twice for the price of one regular delivery (when we blew the first delivery by us forgetting)...I didn't need to ask for that...delivery guys were great.
There business looks tough to manage (they are trying to control a constant level of chaos) - that is intrinsic to the business.
