Thankfully, I have to change my star rating due to follow-up by Jeff, the owner! He reached out to me after my review and asked if he could come to my workplace and correct the situation caused by his coworkers at the shop. It says a lot about a business when they try to rectify mistakes and I was impressed by the communication. Jeff and I set up an appointment and he replaced the original defective keys from the shop with ones that actually worked - yay, Jeff! Not only that, but he refunded the money we spent on the original keys even though I said he didn't have to, that I was more than happy to pay the money for keys that actually opened the doors! THAT'S 5 star service right there! While he was here we spent a few minutes talking and as he's a really nice guy I enjoyed his company. While we talked I found out there are two Jeffs and I spoke with the other one when I called to report that my keys didn't work. That clarified a whole lot, let me tell you. PS - as we were walking thought the office one of my coworkers stood up and said "Hey, you're my locksmith! Best locksmith ever, I won't use anyone else!" Apparently Jeff is pretty darned awesome and if you need keys you want to have him come to your place instead of going to their office :-)
