First time at this OBGYN and I plan on never coming back. I wanted to switch up birth control and Olga seemed as if she didn't care about my concerns or questions for switching my birth control to something different. She didn't guide me nor did she make me feel comfortable about a decision. I asked for a pamphlet on a specific birth control (which you think the doctor would already do to make you feel comfortable about a decision on a new medication) and the pamphlet wasn't even in English so i couldn't even read it. It felt as if I was wasting her time by asking crucial questions about my health. I'll take my business elsewhere.
