Super Service did a great job working on my air conditioning that went out over the memorial day weekend. Don came out and looked at my system, and explained all the options in order to repair and left the decision entirely up to me. The cheapest fix was a new compressor for $2k, however that was not unreasonable considering my unit was 17 years old and near the end of its life. I decided to go with a new air conditioning system, as well as a zone control system in order to split the cool/hot air where its needed whether that be upstairs or downstairs. I did end up calling back because the condensate was draining out of the secondary pipe instead of the primary, and Don responded and quickly corrected the problem. He was a true professional that answered all my questions and my air conditioning is running great!
