This was my first time coming here, I was referred by the receptionist Michelle after I saw her nails. Michelle welcomed me with a smile and immediately assisted me with picking a color.
She offered water and informed Chris that I was here. Chris was running slightly behind (truly no big deal) however Michelle informed me of the delay and apologized. Good Customer service is very rare these days, Michelle nailed it!
Now to Chris ... OMG she did amazing on my nails. I am pretty basic when it comes to my nails meaning I am not big on designs and wild colors. She added a rose gold sticker on each nail in a different formation and it was simple yet beautiful. We had great conversation and she is just as pleasant and accommodating as the receptionist was.
As long as Michelle and Chris are there I will be returning.
Chris did another fabulous job... thank you Sam for getting me in so quickly.
