OK - so I get its an Audi, but $700+ for a 20k service seems excessive. Oil change only was $150, so won't be going back for that either... Finally - the tech was unable to diagnose an error code. Told us to take a picture next time the error crops up on the dashboard. So, either: 1) this $80k+ state of the art, tech laden SUV doesn't keep an error log or.. 2) The tech doesn't know what he is doing.
