No more sense of relief!!! I'm sorry to say that I need to find another place to bring my fur baby to be groomed. The groomer there is being forced to speed through the dogs and unable to give each client the quality time and attention they deserve. The last few times I have noticed scabs from being groomed. The weird thing is that the scabs are in an area that should not be shaved or trimmed. She's a German shepherd and you don't shave or trim a GSD at all except her pee pee area. The groomers believe in quality time and attention but is being forced to focus on quantity instead. My fur baby won't get out of the car anymore when we pull up to the HPR. It's extremely sad to see her so scared to get a bath. But it's not the fault of the groomers. I really wish HPR would realize what great groomers they have and slow down on the obsession of making $$$, treating the dogs (clients) like a $ dollar signs and instead, care more about the quality & care of each dog like before.
