We had a fantastic experience at this store. We came in kinda stressed out and overwhelmed with time sensitive decisions for a new build. What luck and a HUGE relief to meet Brenda. She was an absolute doll, super patient, knowledgeable and helpful. She went above and beyond and even suggested we stop back in tomorrow to talk to an expert (just to be sure) to confirm our choice and make sure it's the right product and color. It's refreshing to find people truly willing to help you and care to see you happy. Too often people just brush you off and not care if your project works out. Easily a 5 star rating A++++. The ironic part is when we asked for her name and thanked her, she didn't even think she did anything that special. She has no idea how helpful she was and sure turned my frown upside down.
