Not fancy, but very clean and comfortable. The breakfasts are standard hotel fare, but good quality and plenty to go around. They also have freshly baked cookies in the afternoon which were delicious. Oh and cold water at the front desk flavored with fresh watermelon that was refreshing after being out in the Phoenix heat. The staff has been very friendly and accommodating. Only complaints: a very strong smell of cleaning solution in the lobby and 1st floor hallway, especially the first day. The elevator is quite noisy. Overall we have been quite happy with our stay.
