Worst Safeway I've ever been to. They close at 11. Perfect. I get there at 9:40. Can't find what I need- waddled ( pregnant) my happy butt around the store for 20 minutes and can't find anyone to help me- the only person I could find is the register chick who had a line and couldn't help. Even yelled through the back stock room and no one was there. So I call the store- sit on hold... sit on hold... I leave.. still sitting on the phone.. after 15 minutes someone finally gets on the phone- I tell them how frustrating it is when you can't find anyone who works there to help you and how frustrating it is that you have to wait on hold all night just to get a question answered. Not even going to lie- I dropped an F bomb in t statement. Yup that frustrating. . Meanwhile "Yolanda" on the phone, instead of caring to answer my question- cares more about the damn F bomb I used and decides to hang up. ? as if 35 minutes waiting to get a question asked wasn't pissing me off Enough. Understaffed and the staff they do have don't even know how to handle a complaint.
