Absolutely awful.
Towed my truck because of no registration. OK, I get it, whatever.
But after my girlfriend leaves a bad review because they towed my truck, they tow HER CAR, and won't tell all city towing it was a mistake. Puts us an additional $100 in the hole, along with the 2 hours it took to get it out of impound. (Yes, her registration is up to date and in code)
There's been 2 piles of dog poop left for weeks in my breezeway, absolutely gross. I shouldn't have to see piles of dog poop right when I walk out my door.
Neighbors leave bags of garbage out on porch frequently, yet no reprimand, even though its stated in the lease agreement that there shall be no garbage left on the porch.
Clearly they pick and choose what rules they wish to follow.
