I called Arizona blinds to have someone give me a free estimate on Shutters & Blinds. Debi Robey a Sales lady called me asking for Direction to get to my house.when she got to my house 15 minutes later,she started blaming me for giving her my wrong home address Instead of apologizing for being late then after arguing with me & accusing me of giving her (I know it sounds stupid) my address wrong I told her to forgot about it & to please start the measurement. then she goes outside comes back & tells me I have your message on my phone..Had no Idea what she was talking about because when I gave her the address I talked to her Direct..I told her again would you Drop it please.then she started taking the measurement it...
then after all that when I got the estimate a week later the price was too high..when I asked her that I have a written estimate from another company & If Arizona Blinds would price match it? Because Arizona Blinds has point promise on their pamphlet that states (if you find a better price
Show us.If Its a legitimate Dealer we will beat it.it also says in fact find a better price from another reputable dealer within 30 days we will pay you back the difference.
Debi told me can't price match it because the company that gave me the estimate gets their product from china & therefore we can't match it..I called their office spoke with the manager (Mehgan) she told me the same thing..there is nothing on their pamphlet that says if & how the company gets their products or where they get it from would make a difference whether we can price match it or not? so Arizona blinds remove that price match quarantee if your not goning to honor your price match.
