I sent an inquiry for their services yesterday morning, played phone tag a little bit (no biggie), and finally got a hold of Heleen. Nice enough lady, got my info and said she'd have a Tech call me to set up an appointment. Rec'd a call some time later from Jay, saying he could be at my house between 12 - 2 pm today. Great, sounds perf! I took a half day off at work to accommodate, since roaches in my house and yard are not ok. At 1:36 pm, rec'd a call from Jay saying he can't make it today, asked if it's ok that Heleen call me to reschedule for next week. "Uh, sure." ... it's not like I have a choice in the matter, although it's really not ok at all.
I hung up and called another company that I found a Groupon for instead. They'll be here at 4 pm today.
