I am so frustrated with this office. Their communication is the worst! I dropped off a brace in early September to be refurbished. I called and no one knew anything about my brace. Here it is the last part of October and still no brace so I drove down there and again was told that no one was there that could help me with it. Finally I got a message telling me to come pick it up. We drove up there again only to be given a brace that is now way to big for my shoe. I went back there again asking them to fix it; however was told that they did not have anyone available to help for several more weeks. The customer service and communication from this office is the worst I have ever experienced.
