The wait time in this office is ridiculous! You ask me to show up 10 minutes early for appointment, but it's ok to make me sit around 45 minutes PAST my scheduled appointment time?! My time is as valuable as yours. They clearly need to work on their scheduling, what the hell is the point of an appointment if it ends up being nowhere close to when I will actually be seen?! If I were to show up to my appointment 45 minutes late, I wouldn't be seen, I'd be handled with disdainful regard and rescheduled for another time after being charged a $50 no show fee!
