Disappointing. Been a patron of the Owl for years. We've been coming here for most of the Raptor's playoff run, and even gotten quite acquainted with the mostly friendly staff there. After a big Raptor victory, we stayed into the night to celebrate. Spirits were high, but were quickly spoiled when the manager on duty (I believe Cailyn was her name) basically scolded the group for being noisy, and boisterous. At the time, it was an empty restaurant.

Wow, I don't care who you are. Not cool, you shouldn't call your customers annoying. Especially when they're dropping $50 a head with a good 10-15 deep every game. We're reasonable people, just come by and ask nicely.
Anyways, we'll be taking our business elsewhere.
